Julia Ghouiti has been part of Sanofi’s Real Estate team since 2011, where they led the first “Activity Based Workplace” project in Gentilly, France, accommodating 3,000 collaborators. Since opening the site in 2015, Julia has contributed to the launch of 25 additional “ABW” sites globally, impacting 20,000 collaborators. In 2017, they began developing Sanofi’s Workplace Charter, enhancing workplace policy annually to incorporate new concepts. Currently, Julia works as an Expert in New Ways of Working at Renault Group, continuing their commitment to improving workplace environments. Julia earned a degree in architecture from Ecole d'Architecture de Paris-Belleville, graduating with honors.
