Mathieu Deschamps is currently the Responsable R&D at Aalberts hydronic flow control and at COMAP, where they focus on the design and optimization of thermal and sanitary solutions for building performance. Prior to these roles, Mathieu held various positions at Groupe Renault, including team leader for vehicle design and project manager, overseeing complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams. Mathieu began their engineering career at SEGULA Technologies, developing methodologies for finite element calculations for automotive clients. Mathieu earned a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from INSA Rennes and a professional Master's in Mechanical Engineering from Université de Bretagne Sud.
