MATTHIEU COQUEL

Matthieu Coquel is the Global HR Director for IS/IT & Digital at Renault Group, where they lead overall HR activities and drive strategic initiatives in a global context. Previously, Matthieu held various roles at Société Générale, including HR Project Manager and Head of Staffing & Recruitment, and contributed to Henkel in campus actions and recruitment. Matthieu is also a co-leader of the Flexis Joit Venture HR stream, significantly shaping its foundational vision alongside Volvo Group. They obtained a Master in Management from EDHEC Business School and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University, continuing to enhance their expertise at CEDEP.
