Pablo Wilson

Pablo Wilson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at Renault Group since January 2016, currently serving as Chief of Staff to the Engineering division, focusing on Performance, Regulations, Validations, and Digital initiatives. In addition, Pablo has held roles such as Business Developer, leading the development of new business models for Customer Performance, CAE, and Test Division, as well as Team Leader for a group specializing in material behavior and non-destructive techniques. Previous experience includes serving as a Fatigue Characterization for Simulation Engineer during a PhD study at Arts et Métiers ParisTech, where the dissertation focused on the statistical inference of defect populations in the context of low-cycle fatigue in cast aluminum alloys. Pablo holds a Doctor of Philosophy from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers and a Diplôme d'ingénieur from ENSTA, supplemented by automotive coursework at Tsinghua University.
