Stephane Chatel

Stephane Chatel currently serves as the Value Management Leader at Renault Group since April 2024, with a focus on the Value Management Office and certifications as a SAFe 5 Agilist and SAFe 5 Lean Portfolio Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Renault from January 2013 to March 2017 as a Purchaser IS/IT, where responsibilities included specification development, purchasing strategy, RFQ management, and supplier service monitoring. Additionally, Stephane worked as an Organization Consultant, facilitating workshops and deploying change initiatives, and as a Project Manager IS/IT, overseeing project phases. From April 2017 to April 2024, Stephane held the position of PMO IS/IT at Groupe Renault, managing initiative portfolios, organizing governance meetings, and leading operational staff in adopting new ways of working. Stephane holds an engineering degree in industrial and computer engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy, obtained between 1995 and 1998.
