Thomas Gilbert is currently the Chief of Staff to the Chief Design Officer at Renault Group, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as a perceived quality leader and played a pivotal role in developing strategies for vehicle quality during the upstream phase of development, along with overseeing quality perception in customer performance. Thomas has also held positions as a junior process engineer focused on gas engines and electric motors, and they have extensive experience leading assembly process development within the Renault Group.
