Tuğçe Açar

Tuğçe Açar has been a Learning and Development Partner at Renault Group since February 2021, where responsibilities include driving competency development and designing various training programs for diverse groups, including students and leaders. Tuğçe is also an active member of the Women@Renault initiative, promoting equality and inclusion within the organization. Prior experience includes roles as a Learning and Development Specialist, an After Sales Spare Parts and Repair Process Design Engineer, and various internships in engineering and logistics, gaining skills in project management and process design across different industries. Tuğçe holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Uludag University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University, with additional education at Hochschule Bielefeld.
