Vanessa Legrand has extensive experience in the automotive industry with Groupe Renault, starting in June 2003 and continuing to the present. Currently serving as the B2C Service Manager for Renault Services International, Vanessa has designed and implemented a comprehensive training program for sales and after-sales networks, consisting of 40 training modules. Previous roles include Warranty and Customer Care Manager, where Vanessa established worldwide Customer Care policies and managed warranty expenses and customer satisfaction. Vanessa holds a Master’s degree in Commerce International from École Universitaire de Management Clermont-Ferrand and has received further education in management and business from other institutions.
