Neil Naidoo is a seasoned Bridge Engineer with extensive experience in structural engineering and design coordination. They began their career as a Junior Engineer at Mott MacDonald PDNA and progressed to Junior Bridge Engineer at GIBB Engineering and Architecture. Neil held various positions, including Bridge Engineer at WSP in Africa and Senior Engineer at Rendel Limited, where they also contributed as a Design Coordinator for the Colne Valley Viaduct. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Currently, Neil serves as Lead Engineer at Rendel Limited.
