Elena Tatarchenko

Elena Tatarchenko is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leadership and backend engineering. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at Render since February 2022, Elena previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Brex from August 2019 to October 2021, where leadership of the Systems team was a key responsibility. Before Brex, Elena worked as a Backend Engineering Manager at DataFox, contributing to the development of company intelligence solutions for sales and marketing teams from January 2015 to August 2019, and was among the first engineers in the company. Elena started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Box from June 2012 to December 2014. Educationally, Elena holds both a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
