Reed Hayes

Reed Hayes is a corporate executive in applied AI and innovation, currently serving as Vice President of Applied AI/ML at Unum, where they focus on implementing multi-stage deep learning and personalized recommendation models. They were a guest lecturer at MIT Sloan School of Management and co-founded Rendever, a virtual reality platform aimed at enhancing patient care in long-term residential facilities. Reed previously held managerial roles at The Walt Disney Company, where they led a team in digital innovation, and at The Coca-Cola Company, developing machine learning models for customer retention.
