Jaan Margus

Jaan Margus has a wealth of experience in the user experience field. Jaan currently serves as the Director of User Experience for Rendin. Prior to this, they were a Co-Founder and UX Designer for UX Estonia from 2013 to 2021, where they helped develop user friendly products and services. From 2016 to 2021, they were a UX Researcher for Telia Eesti. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a UX Researcher for AS Eesti Telekom, where they ran usability testing sessions for a variety of products. Before that, they were a Technical Support Consultant for Elion Enterprises Ltd from 2012 to 2013, and a Door-to-Door Salesman for Southwestern from 2010 to 2012.

Jaan Margus began their educational journey in 1998 at Vinni-Pajusti Gümnaasium. Jaan then attended Rakvere Reaalgümnaasium from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a High School degree. From 2009 to 2012, they studied IT and Multimedia Studies at Eesti Ettevõtluskõrgkooli Mainor. In 2015, they obtained a UX Certificate from the Nielsen Norman Group.
