Hailey Ra

Hailey Ra is a dedicated professional with a focus on talent acquisition and communications. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Rendr, Hailey has successfully established partnerships with academic programs to enhance the student pipeline for underserved Asian patient populations and has facilitated a significant increase in new provider hires. Previously, as the Director of Communications for the Asian Pacific Islander American Public Affairs Association, Hailey oversaw major public events, managing logistics and cross-functional teams. Experience as a People and Culture Assistant at Lafayette 148 New York included supporting recruitment and diversity initiatives. Additionally, Hailey's extensive background at Agape Black Belt Center involved pioneering a virtual martial arts program and implementing structured training for instructors. Hailey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Baruch College.
