Steve Fenlon is the Chief Legal Officer of Rendr, the largest multi-specialty medical group serving the Chinese American community in the United States, a position they began in 2025. They previously served as Deputy General Counsel for Mergers and Acquisitions at UnitedHealth Group from 2009 to 2025, leading the enterprise-wide M&A legal team. Earlier in their career, Fenlon worked as an Associate at Faegre Drinker from 2001 to 2009. They earned their J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law between 1998 and 2001.
