Jay C. Shiv is a renewable energy and sustainability strategist with nearly two decades of experience in the field. They began their career as an Engineer Trainee before progressing to roles such as Project Officer at Winrock International India, where they executed innovative rural electrification projects. Subsequently, they served as a Program Manager at The Climate Group, focusing on renewable energy policy research and implementation. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Policy Advocacy at REnergy Dynamics while also overseeing projects as a Consultant for the International Finance Corporation. Jay earned a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Raipur and an MSc in Environmental Assessment and Management from the University of East Anglia.
