Alyssa Patterson

Alyssa Patterson, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Regional Human Resources Business Partner for the Americas at Renesas Electronics, where responsibilities include leading HR functions for operations and sales & marketing units, supporting over 500 employees, and collaborating with global senior leaders on various HR initiatives. Prior to this role, Alyssa was the Human Resources Manager at Benshaw, Inc., overseeing HR operations for approximately 225 employees, and previously held various HR roles at InVision Human Services, The Callos Companies, and Penn State University. Alyssa earned a BA in Journalism with a minor in Kinesiology from Penn State University.
