Andy Myles

Andy Myles is an experienced engineer currently employed at Renesas Electronics since September 2021. Prior to this role, Andy worked at Dialog Semiconductor from March 2007 to September 2021 as a Member of Technical Staff, contributing primarily as an individual contributor and helping establish the Edinburgh audio design group. Notably, Andy played a key role in developing a highly acclaimed low-power HiFi audio DAC. Earlier experience includes a position at Wolfson Microelectronics from May 1996 to February 2007, where Andy excelled in designing various chips, notably achieving high performance metrics for ADCs. Andy holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and a BEng in Microelectronics, both from the University of Edinburgh.
