Billy Chen

Billy Chen is an experienced professional in signal integrity and power integrity, currently serving as a signal integrity manager at Renesas Electronics since January 2020. Previously, Billy held the position of staff signal integrity and power integrity at IDT - Integrated Device Technology, Inc. from June 2015 to the present, focusing on DDR4 and DDR5 technologies. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Signal Integrity Engineer at Cisco Systems from February 2011 to June 2015, where responsibilities encompassed a range of areas such as memory technology, timing, and various signaling protocols. Earlier in the career, Billy worked as a Hardware Engineer at General Electric Company for a brief period. Billy holds both a Master of Science (MS) and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from East China Normal University, completed between 2004 and 2011.
