Chloe McCormack

Chloe McCormack has a strong background in human resources and talent management, currently serving as a North America Early Career Talent Partner at Renesas Electronics since November 2022. Prior to this role, Chloe was an HR Specialist focused on Early Career Leadership Development Programs at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. from October 2021 to November 2022. Chloe's experience in university relations includes positions as a Senior Talent Attraction Specialist, University Relations Specialist, and University Relations Coordinator at TE Connectivity from January 2019 to October 2021. Chloe began her career with various internships in human resources and leadership roles, including positions at Pennoni, Target, Smoothie King, Temple University, and Perform Group LLC. Chloe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management with a minor in Adult & Organizational Development from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, completed in 2018.
