Jia Wei is an accomplished executive with significant experience in the battery management system and power product sectors. Currently serving as the VP/GM of the Battery Management System Business Unit at Renesas Electronics since July 2018, Jia Wei manages a global team and holds P&L responsibility for both automotive and non-automotive divisions. Prior to this, Jia Wei was the VP/GM of Battery Management System & Power Business Group at Renesas and also served in various leadership roles at Intersil, specializing in marketing and application engineering for mobile and computing power products. Jia Wei's educational background includes a PhD and MS in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Electronics from Virginia Tech, as well as a business education from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
