Mark Hellicar

Mark Hellicar is an experienced professional in global mobility, currently serving as the Global Mobility Director at Renesas Electronics since November 2023. Previously, Mark held the position of Group Head of International Mobility at DS Smith from June 2017 to November 2023, where Mark oversaw mobility operations across 37 countries. Mark founded Cross-Border Employment Solutions in 2017, focusing on optimizing cross-border employment strategies. Mark's background includes significant roles at NBCUniversal, where as VP of Global Mobility & HR Change Management, Mark led initiatives related to talent allocation across borders. Mark also served as the Head of International Mobility at Pearson, developing global mobility programs, and held positions at EY, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, specializing in international assignments and consulting. Mark is a graduate of the University of Sunderland.
