Michael Dorn

Michael Dorn is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Senior Director of HR at Renesas Electronics since April 2022, Michael previously held positions including Director of Talent Acquisition and Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Dialog Semiconductor, a Renesas Company, from November 2015 to March 2022. Additionally, Michael worked as Client Services Director at Cielo Talent during the same period and served as HR Generalist and Team Lead Engineering at Cenis Consulting-Engineering-Service GmbH from July 2013 to October 2015. Michael's career in HR began as an HR Recruitment Consultant at personal total from December 2007 to June 2012. Michael holds a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Tübingen, completed in 2007.
