Paul Boyd

Paul Boyd is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in test engineering and design for test (DFT) roles. Currently serving as a Sr. Staff Test Engineer and Sr. Staff DFT Engineer at Renesas Electronics since July 2020, Paul has previously held positions at Intersil Corporation as a Staff Test Engineer, where responsibilities included the development of hardware and testing solutions for advanced mixed signal power management ICs. At Cirrus Logic, Paul progressed from a Product Test Engineer to an Audio PTE Manager, where oversight of a team contributed to significant company growth. Paul’s career began in the US Navy as a nuclear-trained Electronic Technician (Reactor Operator), following an education in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the Oregon Institute of Technology.
