Stan Hong is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in applications engineering and validation across multiple leading technology firms. Currently serving as a Sr. Staff Applications Engineer at Renesas Electronics since January 2022, Stan has previously held roles including System Engineer at Innoflight, Inc., and Sr. R&D Validation Engineer at NXP Semiconductors, where responsibilities included pre and post-silicon digital validation on ASIC SoC and coordination of cross-functional teams.
