Sushil Kumar

Sushil Kumar is an experienced director in RF design with extensive expertise in microwave and mmWave technologies. Currently serving as Director of RF Design at Renesas Electronics since July 2018, Sushil Kumar previously held director positions at GLOBALFOUNDRIES and IDT, specializing in RF and analog pathfinding, as well as high-speed integrated circuit development using advanced technologies such as GaAs, GaN, and SiGe BiCMOS. Key accomplishments include the development of complete E-Band chipsets and various RF components, with a significant focus on 5G mmW circuit design and architecture. Sushil Kumar's career also includes leadership roles at RFMD, Avago Technologies, Agilent Technologies, and Hewlett-Packard, along with a foundational role as a Senior Scientist at DRDO in India. Sushil Kumar holds a Master's degree in Electronics with a specialization in Microwave from Delhi University.
