Tracy Davis

Level 2 Support Technician at Renew Digital

Tracy Davis has over twenty years of experience in the IT industry. Tracy began their career at S1 Corporation in 1999 as an IT Site Administrator, where they were responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of 5 Client Service Engineers and keeping stats of the Lotus Notes R5 ticketing system. In 2001, they joined divine, Inc. as a Field Ops Technician, where they led the Help Desk department in the manager's absence and configured new and upgrade equipment. From 2003 to 2008, they worked at PracticeWorks as a Team Lead in the Classic Dental Department, where they were the escalation point for 5 Proprietary Programs and the QA Lead for 2 Proprietary Programs. In 2016, they began working at Renew Digital as a Level 2 Support Technician, where they build, configures and troubleshoots computers, related peripheral hardware, software and network connectivity. Tracy also assists users via phone and remote desktop applications to install, upgrade and maintain software and related peripherals.

Tracy Davis attended Northwestern High School and then The University of Akron from 1985 to 1987. In 2000, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Clayton State University. In October 2013, they obtained the MCSA: Windows 8 certification from Microsoft.
