Chanchal De is an engineer with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. Currently working at ReNew since March 2021, Chanchal De previously held positions as a Junior Engineer at REGEN Infrastructure and Services Private Limited from July 2020 to February 2021, where responsibilities included execution of BM and PM activities at a 51MW site, data management in SAP, and performance analysis. Additionally, from November 2018 to March 2020, Chanchal De served as a Diploma Engineer Trainee at the same company, focusing on basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of wind turbine generators at a 102MW wind site. Chanchal De also completed a three-month training program in solar PV installation and maintenance at the National Institute of Solar Energy in 2018. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology degree through BITS Pilani Work Integrated Learning Programmes, Chanchal De holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from K.G. Engineering Institute, Bishnupur.
