Colonel Jaydip Hajarnis CPP

Colonel Jaydip Hajarnis CPP is a military veteran and experienced operations manager currently serving as the State Head of Admin & Security at ReNew. An alumnus of the National Defence Academy in Pune, India, they have a rich background spanning over two decades in security operations and administration, including roles such as Regional Head at BLS International Services Ltd and Administration Manager at Globacom. Previously, Jaydip held various leadership positions within the Parachute Regiment (Special Forces), where they commanded troops and managed critical security operations across diverse terrains. They also hold multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Defence Strategy from the University of Madras and a Certificate in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
