Stephen Lee has extensive experience in the renewable energy and financial industries. Stephen is currently serving as the Co-CEO of Renewa, a renewables company focused on acquisitions and investments in clean energy projects. Prior to this, Stephen was a Co-Founder and Partner at KLR Group, LLC, where they created innovative investment and advisory solutions in the global energy and financial industries. Stephen also previously worked as the Co-Head of Energy Investment Banking at Rodman & Renshaw, LLC, a full-service investment bank specializing in providing investment banking services to growth-oriented companies. Throughout their career, Stephen has advised or managed over $10 billion of capital formation.
Stephen Lee attended Hillsborough High School from 1996 to 2000. After completing their high school education, they enrolled at New York University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree from 2000 to 2004. During their time at the university, Stephen focused their studies on Economics and Political Science.

Renewa owns one of the largest independent portfolios of land under clean energy projects in the U.S. Renewa is owned and funded by US pension capital and managed by one of the most experienced infrastructure investment teams in the world with US$20bn of infrastructure investments globally. Renewa changed its name from Paloma Solar & Wind in August 2022.
