We are proud to lead the Women in Renewables initiative—the first all-female energy event in the UK and Ireland. Through mentoring programmes, networking events, and visibility campaigns, we’re helping women thrive in the sector. Our fully funded mentoring scheme with Belfast Met equips participants with an OCN Level 2 qualification and pairs them with mentees to support career progression and sector transition.
