Europe’s energy landscape is changing fast.
By 2050, the EU aims to reach full climate neutrality, and by 2030, reduce CO₂ emissions by at least 55%. Achieving this vision depends on one key factor: renewable energy.
We believe smart choices build strong projects. By combining legal and project management expertise with technical know-how, we help turn ambitious renewable projects into reality.

What We Do:

-Project Development-
We support the entire development process — from concept to ready-to-build. Our team ensures that every project is designed to meet technical, legal, and financial standards. This includes site selection, feasibility assessments, permitting strategies, stakeholder engagement, and securing the right partnerships.

-Technical & Legal Due Diligence-
We analyze every technical and legal aspect of renewable energy projects in Bulgaria, including:
Production and technical solution assessments
Grid connection and legal compliance reviews
Permitting and authorization checks
Land rights verification
Legal Due Diligence
We identify legal and compliance risks throughout the project lifecycle — from real estate and corporate matters to financing and licensing.
This includes:
Full permit and license matrix analysis
Environmental procedures
Contract reviews between the SPV and third parties (developers, EPC, OE, financiers) to protect investor interests.

-Real Estate Due Diligence-
Securing the land is fundamental. We review all contracts related to land acquisition, superficies rights, and other property arrangements to ensure your project has a solid legal foundation.

The energy transition is happening. Let’s build it together — smart, secure, and sustainable.
