Renewall® is a general contracting company founded in Milan in 2021 by Francesco Ciciriello. It specialises in high-quality renovations of private residences, commercial spaces and historic buildings.

Every project has a dedicated point of contact who knows each phase of the work. The number of projects taken on each year is deliberately limited: not because doing more is impossible, but because every client deserves an attention that cannot be spread thin.

Contracts are lump-sum. The price is fixed at signing. Delivery dates are written and binding, with automatic penalties for delays. Insurance coverage reaches five million euros per site. These are not standard clauses; they are the natural consequences of a way of working that starts from the client's objective and admits no unilateral deviation.

Since 3 June 2026, Renewall®'s management systems have been certified ISO 9001:2015 for quality and ISO 45001:2018 for occupational health and safety. The audit was carried out by an accredited third-party body; certification applies to how the company is managed, not to individual sites.

Carlo Ciciriello, Site Technical Director, brings to every project a craft knowledge built over more than forty years of work on Milanese sites. Riccardo Ciciriello is a partner and Architectural Technical Adviser.

We work with architecture and interior design studios looking for a contractor who executes the project faithfully, not one who reinterprets it. The vision belongs to the client and their designer; our role is to build it exactly as conceived.

Four of our projects have been featured in Italian design publications, with a total of eleven articles.
