Ron Gordon

Ron Gordon has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ron started their career at GaAsTEK, where they worked as an Operations Engineer and later became a Wafer Fab Senior Supervisor and Materials Manager. Ron then moved on to Johnson & Johnson as a Materials Manager and Master Scheduler. Ron Gordon later joined ITT, where they held positions as Manufacturing Manager, Value Based Lean Six Sigma Champion, and Director of Quality and ITT Management System Champion. Ron then worked at Exelis as Vice President and General Manager of ITT Power Solutions and later became the Director of Operations Excellence and Supply Chain. Following this, they worked at GE as a Lean Lead on the Leadership Team. In 2015, Ron Gordon started their own consulting business called Ron Gordon Consulting, where they serve as the Owner and Consultant. Ron also worked at Renewanation as Vice President and later as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

Ron Gordon earned a Bachelor's and MBA degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech. Ron attended the university from 1989 to 1998.
