Tim Daly, SPHR, is a seasoned executive currently serving as the VP of HR & Organizational Development at Renewance, Inc. With a robust background in finance, HR, and organizational growth, Tim previously held leadership roles at Dom & Tom and Fusion Risk Management, where they played pivotal roles in scaling teams and enhancing company culture. Tim's experience includes trading and technical analysis at Gelber Group LLC and contributing to academic growth as a Graduate Assistant at Northern Illinois University. Tim holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago and an M.A. in Mathematics from Northern Illinois University.
