Peter Shepard

Peter Shepard has worked in various roles in the business industry since 1992. Peter started their career at Cabot Corporation as a Business Development Manager in 1992, and was promoted to Vice President and General Manager in 1996. In this role, they were responsible for creating and growing Cabot's Inkjet business from 0 to $25MM in sales. Peter then moved to Nylon Corporation of America as President/CEO in 2004. In 2007, they joined Woodbury Associates as a Principal, working with venture backed companies in strategy and business development. In 2008, they joined Novomer, Inc. as Executive Vice President, Polymers, where they were responsible for creating the commercial strategy and establishing industrial partnerships. Peter was then promoted to Chief Business Officer in 2012. In 2016, they moved to Aramco Performance Materials as President. Peter then joined BOC Partners as Principal in 2021, and is currently Chief Operating Officer at RenewCO² since 2022.

Peter Shepard obtained a BS CHE in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute between 1977 and 1981. Peter then went on to complete an MBA in Business from Babson College between 1989 and 1996.
