At Renewing Management, "When Where YOU Live Matters"​ is more than a motto; it is the basis for our existence.  We are a property management company who cares about our employees, residents, and the communities we operate within. We believe our company to be good stewards of the properties we are involved with; we have spent millions on renovations to the properties we currently own and/or manage.  We believe that our residents deserve a great place to call home, and we hope to provide that home.

Renewing Management was formed in 2003 with a single rental property and a dream.  The dream of taking a property in need of renovations and working hard to turn it into a place where someone could call home.  With hard work and dedication, we have been able to transform this vision into reality.  Property by property, Renewing Management has a continued a track record of success.  We now employ over 40 people and operate over 2,500 units across the great state of Indiana.

Renewing Management believes it is our responsibility to give back.  We have donated enough money to Charity: Water to build several wells to supply clean drinking water to thousands of people. 

We also believe that each child deserves good nutrition, education, and medial care so each one of our properties also sponsors a child from Compassion International or Children of Promise.
