We access very large sources of impact/sustainable/ESG-driven senior debt.

Our core client criteria, origination focus and current deals target:
- Urban / cities relevant projects with energy sources/feedstock, production and customers situated close together
- Typically baseload, continuous or very predictable energy sources
- Projects free from subsidy, reducing political risk and avoiding taxpayer/government balance sheet burdens
- Proven technologies (preferably TRL 8 or 9) and management teams ie“post-proof; pre-scale” with multiple projects at or approaching Ready-to-Build (RtB)
- Prior operational data for suitable construction and operational (lender technology performance) risk insurance from leading (IG-rated) insurers
- Use relatively small land mass
- Avoid early development and poor relative value in operational assets, preferring a pivotal position/moment “in between”
- Offtake arrangements, multiple bidders and (leading specialist) construction partners in place or at or beyond LoI 
- Target senior debt typically for extensive capex %ge (up to 80-100%), reflecting the above => protecting equity dilution
- Building long term scale investment grade annuity revenue streams
