RenewXchange is the first PPA matchmaking platform for South-East Europe.

We connect renewable energy producers with the companies that want to buy their electricity - and help both sides find the best possible match. From solar parks, wind farms, and battery storage projects on one side, to companies looking to power their operations with clean energy on the other.

The way it works today: a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) is a long-term contract between a company that wants clean electricity (a buyer) and a renewable energy producer (a seller).
It's the most direct way for a business to power its operations with green energy and for a producer to secure stable, long-term revenue - locking in fair prices for both sides for years ahead.

The problem is that signing one has been complicated, slow, and expensive - usually requiring months of legal work and specialist advisors that most companies simply can't afford.

We're changing that.

Both buyers and producers use RenewXchange to find each other, model the financials, assess risk, and generate standardized contracts - in a fraction of the time and cost it takes today.

Built by a team with 30+ years of combined experience in European energy markets, trading, and law.
