Sonia F. has extensive experience in project management and data strategy within the transportation sector. Currently serving as the Chief Data Officer at Renfe since February 2015, Sonia F. is responsible for designing and implementing the data strategy to enhance business value across the organization, ensuring data quality, integrity, and availability. Previous roles at Renfe include Directora de Cercanias Madrid and various managerial positions involved in project coordination and infrastructure development. Prior to Renfe, Sonia F. held project management roles at INECO-TIFSA, Riaber Proyectos y Servicios, Técnicas Reunidas, and TRN Ingeniería. Sonia F. earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid between 1993 and 2000.
