Martin Wheeler

Martin Wheeler currently serves as the Executive Chairman of Rengen Developments and is a Board Advisor at both MCR Property Group and Iesis Group. Additionally, Martin holds the position of Director at Wheeler Advisors. Prior experience includes being a Senior Advisor and co-founder of ICG-Longbow at Intermediate Capital Group, where Martin worked from 2023 to May 2025, and served as Co-Head of Real Estate from 2014 to 2022. Earlier roles include Managing Director and Co-Head at ICG-Longbow, as well as Owner of Longbow Real Estate Capital LLP. Martin Wheeler's academic background includes a degree from City St George’s, University of London, obtained between 1987 and 1990.
