Dave Cook

Dave Cook has extensive experience in leadership roles across various technology and eCommerce companies. As CEO of PCS Technologies from 1985 to 1998, Cook helped retailers enhance inventory management through software solutions. Since August 2015, Cook has served as CEO and Board Member at HealthPro Brands Inc., overseeing the development and retail of organic consumer products. In addition, Cook has been the Chief Executive Officer at GlobalRetail since January 2020, delivering eCommerce solutions for a multitude of brands. Previous positions include Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of TradeGlobal, where Cook was instrumental in providing comprehensive eCommerce services, and several board memberships at organizations such as EagleOne Group and Renhead. Cook's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
