Mostafa Hemdan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2019, they worked as a Sales Executive at Mazraaty - مزرعتي until February 2020. From January 2020 to May 2020, they served as a Marketing Specialist at ReNile. Later in November 2020, they joined AM for supply as a Sales Specialist until March 2021. In July 2020, they founded Aqua Innovation. Mostafa then worked as a business developer engineer at ReNile from March 2021. Currently, Mostafa is the Managing Director at IBMO AQUA AFRO SUPPLY LTD starting from February 2022.

From 2015 to 2019, Mostafa Hemdan attended Kafr El-Sheikh University. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of fisheries sciences degree with a focus on the aquaculture department.
