Jon Selby

Jon Selby is a contract medical device engineer currently providing design support for mechanical product development and the creation of human factors engineering files. They have a wealth of experience in design engineering, having worked at Renishaw from 2011 to 2013, where they led projects in both gauging systems and class III medical devices, showcasing expertise in design control principles and risk management. Prior to that, Jon spent eight years as a Senior Design Engineer at Kohler Mira Showers, focusing on the development of digital mixer showering products and innovative solutions like an anti-ligature shower head. Jon began their career with an apprenticeship at Caradon Mira Showers (now Kohler), acquiring foundational skills in a manufacturing environment, and holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West of England.
