Andy Fahey

Andy Fahey is a seasoned professional in policy and regulation with extensive experience in the energy and water sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Policy and Regulation at Rennie since January 2024, Andy has previously held positions such as Senior Regulatory Analyst at the Australian Energy Regulator and Power and Water Corporation, and Regulatory Analyst at the Independent Competition and Regulatory Commission. Andy's expertise includes micro-economic regulatory investigations and financial analysis, having also worked as a Financial Analyst for the Chief Minister, Treasury and Economic Development Directorate. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Public Administration and First Class Honours in Economics from the University of Canberra. Relevant past roles include a casual employee at the Department of Parliamentary Services and an Economics Tutor, alongside a tenure in the Royal Australian Navy.
