Robert Willis

Robert Willis is an experienced sports management professional with a comprehensive background in sales and event management within the minor league baseball sector. Currently serving as the Assistant General Manager of Sales for the Hickory Crawdads since October 2019, Robert oversees all aspects of the Events & Sales Department, achieving record sales during the 2022 and 2023 seasons. Previous roles include Director of Sales with the Greeneville Reds and Director of Group Sales at Hickory Crawdads, where Robert successfully led teams to top sales performances and developed community relationships. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Clemson University.
