David Richards

David Richards has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. David started their career in 1999 as a Continuous Improvement Specialist at Essentra, where they worked until 2001. David then assumed roles such as Business Development Specialist, Regional Sales Manager, and General Manager at Essentra before becoming the Business Development Manager in 2006. In 2008, David was promoted to the role of VP of Sales & Marketing at Essentra's global division. David held this position until 2012. From 2013 to 2015, David served as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations at Essentra, overseeing a $380 million global division. In 2015, they transitioned to Renold PLC and held the role of President - Chain Division - Americas until 2022, when they were promoted to the position of President - Chain Americas & Australasia.

David Richards completed their Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Leeds from 1994 to 1998. David then attended the Oxford College Of Marketing where they obtained a Diploma in Marketing. Additionally, they participated in the Bunzl Graduate Management Program, although the specific years are unknown.
