Simon Thompson

Simon Thompson is a Managing Director with extensive experience in driving revenue and profit growth across electronics, software, and service product lines in international markets. Currently serving as the Commercial Director at Renold PLC since 2024, Simon has previously held various roles at Oxford Technical Solutions Ltd from 2016 to 2018, including Product Manager and Director of Core Markets. Simon also served as Director of Commercial at Oxford Technical Solutions from 2023 to 2024 and began their career at RM plc in roles such as Graduate Marketing Consultant and Senior Product Manager. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Lancaster University between 2007 and 2010.
