Weena McDowell

Weena McDowell is an experienced Spa Director and Corporate Technical Trainer at Renova Spa since July 2021. As an entrepreneur and spa consultant for Wellbeing by Weena since January 2016, Weena designs and develops educational products in beauty therapy, massage therapy, and spa management. Previous roles include Spa Manager at Steiner Leisure Limited, where responsibilities included mentoring and training spa teams, and various beauty consultant positions, including Nectar Beauty Shop in Bahrain and Al Hawaj & Sons. Weena holds multiple diplomas in beauty therapy, marketing, and sales management from renowned institutions, including CIDESCO and the Indian Institute of Marketing and Sales (IIMS).
