Daniel Knick

Daniel Knick has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Daniel began their career in 2008 as an Assistant Store Manager at Crusader RTO, where they implemented inventory control systems and supervised marketing and collections. From 2009 to 2012, they served as the Regional Director at Lyons Cleaners, overseeing operations and training employees across three states.

In 2011, Daniel joined Allstate as a Property Team Adjuster, managing a high volume of property claims and introducing new procedures for monitoring and settling auto claims.

From 2014 to 2020, they worked at Brentwood Services Administrators, Inc. as a Senior Claims Adjuster, where they oversaw Occupational Accident claims and collaborated with IT and senior leadership to streamline processes.

Daniel joined The Goldie Group in 2020 as a Senior Operations Project Manager, where they developed and implemented strategies to improve inventory management and maintain customer relationships.

Prior to their current role, Daniel served in the US Army for over two decades, rising to the rank of Major. Daniel held various leadership roles in logistical and operational capacities, including directing logistical operations for CL Dwyer base.

Lastly, in 2021, Daniel became the Director of Operations at Renovar. Daniel achieved significant growth by implementing sales and operational plans, decreased debt through effective balance due processes, and improved employee engagement and morale. Daniel also successfully managed change and implemented quality control procedures, resulting in high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Throughout their career, Daniel consistently exceeded performance targets and demonstrated a strong track record of success.

Daniel Knick completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with a minor in History from Belmont University, where they studied from 2005 to 2008.
