Rent N Arc LLC is a new venture of Al Huda Investments LLC, a multi-dimensional company, actively engaged in trading, real estate, Medical and IT services in the UAE for over 45 years. Al Huda Investments and Red-D-Arc Welderentals USA had formed Red-D-Arc Middle East as a JV company in 2006 and AHI took over the management of the JV in 2021 and rebranded as Rent-N-Arc Equipment Rentals.

Rent N Arc will continue to focus on rentals of Welding Equipment, Weld Automation systems, sale of new weld automation systems as exclusive agents for Red-D-Arc Welderentals and Key Plant UK in the Middle East markets.

Rent N Arc currently owns a fleet of over 2000 welding equipment in the Middle East and also carries large inventories from Red-D-Arc and Key Plant as consignment stocks.
